How does it work?
Before orders are shipped out, they need to be processed through our warehouse. This can take up to 1-7 business days (days not including weekends and holidays) for order processing. Expedited shipping methods (UPS: Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select, and Worldwide Expedited - FEDEX: Standard Overnight, and 2 Day), are expedited through our warehouse, and are only subject to 1-3 business days of processing.
When an order has finished being pulled and packaged, the next step is sending the shipment out to you! Once a shipment is sent out, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if your shipping option provides tracking. If you have an account, your order will also update in the “My Orders” page, with a tracking number provided in the order as well.
How is Shipping Calculated?
Shipping is calculated dynamically based on the current contents of your shopping cart or pre-order shipment, and the destination state/province/country. To see our shipping options, you can simply enter the appropriate destination in your shopping cart and the available shipping options and pricing will be displayed.
This is also a good way to estimate how much a pre-order might cost, as finding a similar in-stock item and putting it in your cart can show you the variations of shipping costs you might see for your pre-orders. You can also use the “Estimate shipping for Pre-orders” page on your account to see estimations for your upcoming pre-orders as well. Please note that shipping costs can change by the time a product is released, or if you have additional items added to the order.
For shipments with merchandise over $200, we do require them to be sent via UPS/Fedex for tracking and insurance reasons. There is one exception to this: UPS/Fedex. These shippers do not deliver to Post Office boxes or FPOs. Post Office box (P.O. Box) and FPO addresses which have been marked to ship as UPS/Fedex will be insured and sent via the United States Postal Service using the fastest method your shipping charges will allow.
Please be aware that our shipping charges include a small handling fee. This is to defray the cost of processing, packaging and shipping your order.
Shipping in the United States
Within the United States, we offer shipping through Express, UPS Ground, FedEx, United States Postal Service, and DHL. We also have Economy and First Class/Priority shipments, which are initially transported by DHL, before being handed off to your local post for final delivery.
We do also offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses for United States military personnel.
TFAW.com also ships to international destinations. For international orders, we ship via DHL World Mail and UPS Worldwide Express.
Please keep in mind that International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes by your country. All internationally shipped orders will be accurately labeled for customs purposes, therefore we are unable to mark shipments as 'gift.' Questions regarding rates should be directed to the appropriate department within your government

Can I get a refund if my Package is late?
Unfortunately, we can not give refunds for late DHL or standard USPS shipments as these shipping methods do not include a guaranteed delivery date/range commitment from the shipping provider, and the amount of time it takes the mail carrier to complete the delivery is beyond our control. Sometimes there are delays, and the package shows up later than expected.
